1. Digital Products (E-books & Downloadable Content)

• All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of e-books and downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or returns once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
• If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us for assistance.

2. Physical Books & Print Orders

• Refunds and returns for physical books are subject to our third-party printing and fulfillment provider’s policies.
• In general, refunds, and replacements are only issued for:
  ✅ Books damaged in transit.
  ✅ Incorrect items received.
  ✅ Printing or manufacturing defects.

3. Refund Process

• If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
• To request a refund, provide:
  📌 Order details (order number, purchase date).
  📌 Clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary based on financial institutions.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

• Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. We cannot cancel or modify orders after they have been confirmed.
• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages lost due to incorrect address entries by the customer.
• If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking details provided with your order confirmation.
